By creating an account or using Fairied ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What Fairied does
Fairied reads the calendars you connect and emails your household a suggested daily driving plan — who drives whom, when to leave, and where to go. You can reply to adjust it.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement and to consent to connect the accounts you link. Only connect calendars and recipients you're authorized to use.
Plans are suggestions — verify them
Fairied's plans are automated suggestions based on calendar data and estimated drive times. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong (for example, if an event lacks a location, a calendar is out of date, or a drive-time estimate is off). You are solely responsible for your family's transportation, timing, and safety decisions. Always confirm the details yourself. Never use the Service in a way that distracts you while driving.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized use; don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; and don't use it to access data you don't have permission to access.
Third-party services
Fairied connects to services like Google, Microsoft, and TeamSnap. Your use of those is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairied and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed events, delays, or other losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Changes & termination
We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
